Green Phenix’s circular mission goes far beyond transforming plastic waste into beautiful jewellery, flowerpots, furniture and more.

They also create opportunities for people who experience barriers to the labour market, helping them develop, regain perspective and grow. 🌱

That makes their work meaningful, but not always easy. Social impact requires more than passion and a great idea. It also requires trust, honest communication, self-awareness, perseverance and the courage to address what is difficult.

Recently I donated a few hours to support this passionate team in strengthening exactly that foundation.
