It is the responsibility of leaders to create a culture where people feel safe to speak up, where feedback flows, and where mistakes are treated as learning opportunities.
And here comes the hard truth:
๐ We expect leaders to coach people, foster dialogue and navigate conflicts. But who actually taught them to do this?
In many organizations, leaders are promoted for years of service, not for leadership skills. And in our schools or families, we rarely learn how to actively listen, give feedback, or manage healthy conflict.
