What will you be doing?
You will take ownership of our branding and marketing execution:

  • Translate our vision and impact into clear, compelling content and positioning
  • Strengthen and align the branding of WannaGrow & WannaGo Outdoors
  • Improve marketing of our websites together with our web content manager
  • Create and manage strong, authentic content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Turn our sessions and insights into meaningful stories that resonate with leaders and organizations
  • Build and manage engaging newsletters (Mailchimp)
  • Set up and maintain a simple CRM to structure contacts, leads, and follow-ups
  • Helping build simple marketing funnels that turn interest into conversations
  • Bringing fresh ideas that help us grow our community and reach

WannaGrow and WannaGo Outdoors help organizations create healthy, happy and safe workplaces by developing stronger leaders, healthier teams and positive workplace cultures.

WannaGrow focuses on leadership, team and organizational development through assessments, coaching, training and facilitation.

WannaGo Outdoors is our experiential learning branch. We believe growth doesn't happen in a meeting room alone, but through meaningful experiences in nature and cultural heritage that strengthen trust, communication and leadership.

We are looking for a part-time marketeer who understands how to translate who we are and how we contribute into strong, consistent, and authentic branding across all channels.

Who you are

 

  • You are born in, or strongly rooted in, one of the Caribbean islands we serve
  • You understand branding beyond visuals ,you think in story, positioning, and impact
  • You can translate concepts (leadership, culture, development) into clear and engaging content
  • You know how to use AI marketing tools effectively, without losing authenticity
  • You enjoy working with purpose-driven companies
  • You are fluent in Papiamentu and English. 

    Experience with coaching or training is a strong advantage, alternatively, you are open to actively engaging in our sessions to fully understand our work
