An important part of our Culture programs is helping people better understand themselvesthrough a deep dive into Emotional Intelligence, communication, and behavior.

We developed a three-dimensional framework based on DISC, NLP, and Erin Meyer's CultureMap to strengthen self-awareness, communication, and collaboration across teams and cultures.

Alongside our TeamCulture Survey, inspired by Patrick Lencioni's vision on high-performanceteams, we connect personal insights with team dynamics to help organizations define theirpurpose, values, and critical behaviors.

 

This creates the foundation for a strong culture built on trust, appreciation, accountability, and teamwork. Through fun, interactive, and highly practical sessions, we help leaders and teamstranslate insights into lasting behavioral change.
