What can you expect?

In multicultural teams, the challenge is not diversity. It's how we communicate. It’s about acknowledging each other’s culture and communicating with awareness.
Research shows that up to 70% of workplace errors are caused by miscommunication and this risk increases while working across different cultures. Different norms around feedback, hierarchy, directness and decision-making often lead to misinterpretation and conflict within teams.
Most teams don’t even realize this is happening.

By participating in this workshop , you will:

  • Better understand what culture is and how it influences identity and team dynamics
  • Explore our 3-dimensional framework based on DISC, NLP, and Erin Meyer's CultureMap to strengthen self-awareness, communication, and collaboration across teams and cultures.
  • Experience interactive exercises on the Culture Map model
  • Become aware of how important language is
  • Discover how being curious directly impacts trust, safety and performance
