We started our collaboration with Ictual in 2017 and continued in 2018. The combination of a corporate ‘family’ culture with serious international ambitions makes Ictual an inspiring partner to work with.
Ambitious and international growth targets require a solid foundation and that’s why we started facilitating a trajectory on Corporate Identity. During interactive outdoor and indoor workshops the complete Ictual team redefined Core Values and shared behavior/communication that aligned or misaligned. The pragmatic way of working we advocate supports the bridge to the daily practice and brainstorming on real cases gave insights in different interpretation of values. Becoming aware of these various ways of looking at things helped the team in understanding each other better. So this process not only resulted in a great teambuilding experience, it also improved communication and enhanced leadership skills of a happy and future fit team!
