During interactive workshops, training & coaching sessions (outdoors & indoors, on and offline) we will facilitate your team's dialogue on your growth ambitions and boost your team development.

Stage 1: Teamsurvey (online)

Based on Lencioni’s vision on team development, we will conduct a survey which provides you a sharp insight in the trust, dialogue, commitment, accountability and performance of your teams. This diagnose  is a 0- measurement to scan your team culture and the foundation for your growth trajectory.

 

Stage 2: Outdoor teambuilding on inspiring places in Curaçao, Bonaire, Aruba and SXM

After the survey we often proceed with an outdoor teambuilding, which is another kind of assessment to get a clear picture on your team members' natural behaviors. Games allow you to discover different sides and talents from each other while engaging and having FUN! On top of that we unlock hidden treasures and embed cultural heritage/nature to boost growth. During and after the assignments we facilitate reflection. As seasoned coaches we will help you promote a feedback culture and make you aware of your leadership & communication styles. 

Stage 3: Interactive workshops/training/coaching

Based on the survey + outdoor teambuilding results, we will facilitate your dialogue. You will discuss your growth ambitions and leave with concrete action plans. Besides this concrete outcome, we will get insight in success drivers and developmental needs of your team. This enables us to advice you on how to follow up with personal, team and leadership development, to make sure you shape a purpose and people driven culture.
