Freelance/Part-Time Marketeer

What will you be doing?
You will take ownership of our branding and marketing execution:

  • Translate our vision and impact into clear, compelling content and positioning
  • Strengthen and align the branding of WannaGrow & WannaGo Outdoors
  • Improve marketing of our websites together with our web content manager
  • Create and manage strong, authentic content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Turn our sessions and insights into meaningful stories that resonate with leaders and organizations
  • Build and manage engaging newsletters (Mailchimp)
  • Set up and maintain a simple CRM to structure contacts, leads, and follow-ups
  • Helping build simple marketing funnels that turn interest into conversations
  • Bringing fresh ideas that help us grow our community and reach

Trainers/coaches

You

● have roots on Curacao/Bonaire who speak Papiamentu/English/Dutch
● have experience as team trainer/team coach in team and leadership development
● know themselves well and are able to guide others in this process
● understand that happiness at the workplace is serious business
● have experience in the field of Serious Gaming (on and offline)
● have a master's degree in leaving comfort zones
● are flexible (freelance/part time)
● like to have FUN!
