Working with WannaGrow has clearly strengthened our team dynamics. Since the sessions in June 2025, we’ve seen real improvements and continue to build on them together.

First and foremost, WannaGrow supported us in getting to know ourselves as a person which is an important condition for team development. During interactive and playful outdoor and indoor sessions, we learned about each other’s talents and how to fully use them. Besides that, we worked on cultivating a feedback culture by improving on our communication skills and create a safe environment of trust.
The Team Culture survey, based on Patrick Lencioni’s growth model, helps us in understanding how we experience culture, collaboration and happiness at work and is an important tool to be able to measure our growth process.
