First and foremost, WannaGrow supported us in getting to know ourselves as a person which is an important condition for team development. During interactive and playful outdoor and indoor sessions, we learned about each other’s talents and how to fully use them. Besides that, we worked on cultivating a feedback culture by improving on our communication skills and create a safe environment of trust.
The Team Culture survey, based on Patrick Lencioni’s growth model, helps us in understanding how we experience culture, collaboration and happiness at work and is an important tool to be able to measure our growth process.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the sessions of WannaGrow. The impact it made on us as persons, professionals and as a team would without a doubt shape us into becoming a MUCH better version of ourselves.
